All financial transactions on the winphp Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). winphp accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), and bank transfers to and from Philippine bank accounts (including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank). Debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts may also be accepted.
Deposit Conditions: All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. winphp reserves the right to return deposits made from unverified or third-party sources and to suspend the associated player account pending investigation.
Withdrawal Conditions: Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. winphp may require additional verification before processing withdrawal requests. Processing times vary by payment method; GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours on business days.
Minimum and Maximum Limits: Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed on the winphp cashier page and may be updated from time to time. winphp reserves the right to impose transaction limits at its discretion.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the winphp Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the winphp Platform without the prior written consent of winphp. The winphp name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of winphp. Unauthorized use of these marks is prohibited.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, winphp and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
winphp's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your winphp account in the 30 days preceding the claim.
winphp does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk. winphp is not responsible for any loss arising from reliance on information published on the Platform.
winphp collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
winphp implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. You acknowledge that you provide your personal data at your own risk.

Upon closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable fees and pending bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 7, 8, 9, 10, and 13 — shall survive the termination of your account.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the winphp Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Your continued use of the winphp Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.
